It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Iris Zhu ’21, a sophomore in the School of Hotel Administration. She passed away while receiving treatment for an illness near her home last weekend.
Iris was known for her confidence, warmth, and cheerful attitude, and positively impacted all those around her.
For those seeking support, there will be a gathering on Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 4:30 p.m. in Room 391, Statler Hall.
On behalf of the Cornell Student Body, we extend our deepest condolences to Iris’ family and friends as they grieve her passing, and encourage you to reach out to others for support.
